Palomino accepts international and domestic orders. Postage is calculated by the weight of the order, and added to the shopping cart.
Goods are packaged with the utmost care, to ensure they arrive at your door in the same condition they left ours. We are proud of how all Palomino parcels leave the shop.
Palomino currently ships orders on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. If for any reason this is an issue please email immediately and I will do my best to ship the next day. In the UK orders are generally shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Single 'zines and DVDs will normally be shipped insured but untracked.
For non UK customers INCLUDING THOSE IN THE EU, any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country. We will always send our orders out as merchandise with the correct value marked on the customs form, so please don’t ask us to do anything different. The vast majority of our international orders will be sent out using a tracked service, but smaller items such as DVDs will be sent out using regular post to keep down shipping costs. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise. Any orders received returned as a result of unpaid fees will be refunded minus the postage costs.
Things occasionally go missing in the post, don’t worry, all shipments are fully insured & we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant postal service or shipping company in their terms. This is generally 32 days.
Unfortunately, if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete we cannot accept any liability for this – though we will do our best to help to try and resolve it.
Generally we need to wait 10 days from dispatch to begin this process.
