Palomino accepts international and domestic orders. Postage is calculated by the weight of the order, and added to the shopping cart.

Goods are packaged with the utmost care, to ensure they arrive at your door in the same condition they left ours. We are proud of how all Palomino parcels leave the shop.

Within the UK, the majority of orders are sent Signed For First Class, by Royal Mail. Boards are sent using a courier using a 24 hour service. Certain items (heavier magazines for example) will be sent out regular first class to keep postage charges down.

We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of being ordered. If for any reason this is not possible we will send you an email to let you know why, and when you items will be sent out to you.

For international customers, any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country. We will always send our orders out as merchandise with the correct value marked on the customs form, so please don’t ask us to do anything different. The vast majority of our international orders will be sent out using a tracked service, but smaller items such as DVDs will be sent out using regular post to keep down shipping costs. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise.

Things occasionally go missing in the post, don’t worry, all shipments are fully insured & we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant postal service or shipping company in their terms. This is generally 30 days.

Unfortunately, if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete we cannot accept any liability for this – though we will do our best to help to try and resolve it.

Generally we need to wait 10 days from dispatch to begin this process.
